For the safety and the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer any returns or refunds. Please review your order to ensure there are no errors before finalizing your order. 

 

If there are an error on us, we will gladly make it right! Please email us at rozzinaturals@gmail.com with name, email, order number and date.  

*Once you check out and pay final total- you agree to our return/refund policy. 

Please note that our refund policy applies to all items, including international orders. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.
