Due to Rozzi Naturals being a solo operation, please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. This means that your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment within this time frame.

   Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

DELIVERY

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

US shipping is typically 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). 

During the holiday season and sales, orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. 

Any lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier (USPS).

International Shipping: 

• We are not responsible for any delays, customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
• International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing times in the destination country.
• We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to customs clearance procedures in different countries.
• In the event of a lost or delayed package, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
